We all know mistakes are made - but we are here to help you- we do endeavour to find out exactly what bike you have -for instance if a Honda Shadow is it 750,1100 ,600 is it retro ,spirit,ace, sabre? if it is a C7 is it C7 Spirit or Aero- ie long or short guards plus shrouded forks?IF UNSURE ask us or even better email a picture- -most dealer tell you it is a shadow- If the importer puts you have Honda salad dressing , DVLC  will quite happily put this on your   log book so be sure to check the exact model ; we will never deliberately sell you the wrong parts, so this measure will help eliminate incorrectly ordered parts thereby saving you and us time and money and unnecessary repacking and hassle of returning accessories .Please feel free to call me if you are unsure of details.

HELMETS, Goggles, Visors and PIVOT KITS
In the interest of Health and Hygiene, we regret that the above items cannot be accepted for returns if they have been removed from their packaging and/or worn. Your statuary rights are unaffected.

Please note: Returns must be notified via telephone fax or email within 48 hours of receipt and can only be accepted if returned still unopened and in the original packaging with a copy of invoice and a letter stating the reason for return.

Returned items will not be accepted for refunds without a returns number or, if they do not have the original packaging or have been fitted to a bike or vehicle.

Special order or custom made items will not be accepted for refunds.

If there is an error in your completed order or you need to cancel, please contact us immediately by phone (Not answerphone), email or fax, giving your name address, order number, order date and a valid contact email address or phone number. 
We value your custom, but you are ultimately responsible for the accuracy of your contact information and the contents of your order.

 

Cooling off

You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after receipt of your goods, this cooling off period does not apply to goods that have been custom made to the customers requirements.

Under the terms of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), we are not liable, and do not refund the cost of returning items unless they are faulty.

If the goods are returned simply because of a 'change of heart', then the return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

Under these regulations, consumers are reminded they have a statutory duty whilst in possession of the goods to take reasonable care of them, and package them adequately, to avoid transit damage on return.
(This why you should retain the original packaging).
