1) Please ensure you call for a returns number and give reason you wish to return the item        

2)Put copy invoice and detailed item for reason with returns number on paperwork                     

3)Pack item properly to ensure no damage occurs in transit or we cannot refund  in full  .            

4) Stock Items should not be a problem as this means we do not have to return to suppliers       

5)Any special ordered items given most parts now come from USA or Europe cannot be returned

Or if they are you will be responsible for the shipping back to supplier and any restock fees           

That is of course if they agree to take it back plus handling fees which if USA etc you may be better

reselling on ebay etc  or locally as this could be 50% for an exhaust or something Large as freight  

has sky rocketed since Covid like eveything in the entire world so ensure you order correct item     

Any issues PLEASE contact us and if returning send with PARCELS2GO or good carrier as some   

Cheaper ones are basically people with cars who do not really care when or what state your parcel is

in ;  as at 75p a drop no wonder running their own vehicle ! ?   delivered! you know who they are !
